Business Development Director
Jaden Kwan

Jaden has served as a Program Director for Medical Essential Diagnostics, a multi-location diagnostic facility focused on cardiopulmonary screening for state workers. He also founded Arkane Solutions, a business development company focused on scaling and expanding private practices. Jaden graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers Business School with a double major in Business Analytics and Information Technology and Marketing with a Concentration in Business Development.

Client Relations Director
Nicholas Ward

Nicholas is currently the Financial Analyst and Client Relations Manager at Tiercel Healthcare. In this role, he has developed future financial plans and reports while advising executives on capital structure and deployment. He also manages client relationships, ensuring that all standards and expectations are not only met but exceeded. Nicholas graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia with a double major in Economics and Government and Minor in Mathematics.

Corporate Communications Director
Cori Astore

Cori has been the Corporate Communications Director of Tiercel Healthcare since its inception. She joined its parent company, Tiercel Partners, in 2022 as a Marketing Operations Specialist, planning and executing marketing campaigns while managing a team of analysts. Cori’s greatest achievement has been her work expanding Medical Essential Diagnostics, a company committed to providing health services for first responders and essential workers.
